Finalmente ci siamo: a dichiararlo è l’ISTAT con la consueta nota, l’Istituto Nazionale di Statistica pubblica che nei primi tre trimetri 2016 l’indice dei prezzi delle case è aumentato rispettivamente dello 0,2% (tra il 1° e il 2° trimestre) e dello 0,1% (tra il 2° e il 3° trimestre). Il segno positivo non si vedeva ormai da quattro anni; a far da traino sono le nuove abitazioni, mentre per le abitazioni esistenti il segno è ancora negativo. L’aumento congiunturale e la conferma del progressivo ridimensionamento delle flessioni dei prezzi delle abitazioni si manifesta in un quadro di ripresa del mercato immobiliare residenziale in termini di numero di compravendite. La conseguenza dovuta all’insicurezza ed alla sfiducia negli investimenti bancari dati i recenti scandali, farà ritornare un concreto interesse nell’acquisto del mattone a breve termine con intrinseca ascesa dei valori.
